Pinch of Spice is part of Mehar Wing Services Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2003 with the aim of providing hospitality services (training and operations) under the leadership of Manpreet Singh. The company's first venture was hospitality training under the auspices of the Frankfinn Flight Attendant Training Institute, which has its first center in Guwahati. Within two years he extended his wings with Shillong, Gurugram and Agra.
The company opened its first restaurant in Agra in 2007, Pinch of Spice, a family-run restaurant on Sanjay Place, Agra's commercial hub.
